At Fantastic Jewelry Department, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom-made moissanite jewelry designed uniquely for you. Our custom process ensures every piece is handcrafted with precision, care, and exceptional attention to detail. Because these items are made exclusively based on your personal specifications, special policies apply to all customized orders.
Custom Order Process
Step 1: Consultation & Design Request
- Customers may submit design inspirations, sketches, reference photos, or specific details (shape, size, metal type, stone preferences).
- Our team will confirm the feasibility of the design and may suggest adjustments to ensure structural integrity and durability.
Step 2: Quotation & Confirmation
- After reviewing your design, we will provide:
- Estimated cost
- Production timeline
- Any additional customization fees
- Once approved, we will issue an invoice.
Step 3: Deposit Payment
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start the custom order.
- Production begins only after the deposit is successfully received.
Step 4: 3D Rendering / Sketch Approval (If Applicable)
- For complex pieces, we provide a 3D model or sketch.
- Customer must approve the design before production.
- Once approved, no changes can be made without additional cost.
Step 5: Production Process
- Custom moissanite jewelry typically takes 2-3weeks, depending on design complexity.
- Handmade pieces undergo:
- Stone selection
- CAD modeling (if applicable)
- Casting
- Stone setting
- Polishing & finishing
- Quality inspection
Step 6: Final Payment & Shipping
- Once the item is completed, photos or videos will be sent for final confirmation.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid before shipping.
- After payment, orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.
Cancellation Policy
- Because custom items are specially made for you, all custom orders are final.
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable, even if the order is canceled before production is finished.
- No cancellations or changes are allowed once the design has been approved or production has started.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Custom-made jewelry is NOT eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- This includes:
- Incorrect size (unless sizing service is requested)
- Change of mind
- Personal preference after receiving the item
Exceptions (Eligible for Correction)
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect details that differ from the approved design
- Missing or loose stones
If any of the above occur, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
Warranty & Quality Guarantee
All custom moissanite pieces come with:
- Lifetime Moissanite Stone Warranty: Against fading, clouding, or loss of brilliance.
- One-Year Craftsmanship Warranty: Covers defects in stone setting or structural workmanship (not due to misuse).
Not Covered:
- Damage caused by accidents
- Exposure to chemicals
- Improper care
- Normal wear & tear
Sizing & Resizing
- Customers must provide accurate ring, bracelet, or chain size before production.
- One-time resizing may be offered with a service fee (dependent on design).
Some designs (e.g., eternity bands) cannot be resized.
Shipping & Delivery
- All custom jewelry undergoes final quality checks before shipping.
- Tracking numbers will be provided once shipped.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incomplete addresses.

By placing a custom order, customers agree to:
- Review and approve design previews carefully
- Ensure all personal specifications are correct before production
- Understand that handcrafted pieces may have slight natural variations
