• Processing Time: In stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

• Custom Orders: Each custom jewelry piece is made to order based on your selected letters, numbers, or design. Because every item is individually crafted, quality inspected, and finished before shipping, custom orders may take up to 30 days to be completed and shipped. We appreciate your patience and promise it’s worth the wait!

• Delivery Time: Orders are shipped via Priority Carrier and typically arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your location.

• Multiple Warehouses: We ship from both domestic and international warehouses. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately and on different days.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email within 1–3 business days after purchase.
• Fees & Taxes: All order prices already include handling fees and value-added tax for both domestic and international shipments.
