    4. You will be texted or email your 3D customized design within 4-7 days for your verification before going into production. Please respond precisely to prevent delays

Worldwide Shipping with Home and Bath Direct

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are shipped via Priority Carrier and typically arrive within 10–21 business days, depending on your location.
  • Multiple Warehouses: We ship from both domestic and international warehouses. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately and on different days.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email within 1–3 business days after purchase.
  • Fees & Taxes: All order prices already include handling fees and value-added tax for both domestic and international shipments.
